Occupational therapist: what to know

An occupational therapist helps people regain or maintain independence in everyday activities, at work and in leisure. They support you after an injury, an illness or with a disability, using targeted exercises, home adaptations and assistive equipment.

Costs in Switzerland

Occupational therapy is covered by compulsory basic health insurance (LAMal/KVG) on medical prescription; your deductible and co-payment still apply according to your policy.
